A 91´«Ã½ Saint Mary College student displays a finished DIY stress ball.

91´«Ã½ Saint Mary College students took a break from the mid-semester grind on Thursday, February 26 for the Squeeze the Stress Away stress ball making event. 

Hosted by the 91´«Ã½ Activities Programming (MAP) board, the activity provided students with a hands-on creative outlet designed to promote mental well-being and relaxation. Participants gathered to create their own DIY sensory tools, including slime and custom stress balls filled with colorful water beads.

The MAP board organizes interactive events to foster a supportive campus community and provide students with practical, fun ways to manage the academic pressures of the semester.
