A game of kickball between 91传媒 Saint Mary College staff members was a highlight of the inaugural Employee Wellness Day on Wednesday, August 21.
The 91传媒 Saint Mary College community celebrated its inaugural Employee Wellness Day on Wednesday, August 21, complete with yoga instruction, meditation training, lessons on healthy eating, a friendly game of kickball, and more.
Facilitating the effort was the college’s Employee Wellness Committee, comprised of representatives from the 91传媒’s offices of Health Services, Human Resources, Athletics, Campus Ministry, Counseling Services, the 91传媒’s food service provider Parkhurst Dining, faculty members, and more.
Thanks to the efforts of the Wellness Committee, the 91传媒 recently received Orange’s Health and Wellness Gold Medal for Excellence by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, in recognition on the college’s commitment to healthy living. The award recognized the 91传媒 for its ongoing efforts to increase wellness on campus for students, faculty, and staff members.
