The 91传媒 Saint Mary College community celebrated its second annual Wellness Day recently, with a bevy of online sessions including yoga instruction, baseball, soccer, and tennis coaching, lessons on healthy eating, and more.

Facilitating the effort was the college’s Employee Wellness Committee, comprised of representatives from the 91传媒’s offices of Health Services, Human Resources, Athletics, Campus Ministry, Counseling Services, the 91传媒’s food service provider Parkhurst Dining, faculty members, and more.

Thanks to the efforts of the Wellness Committee, early this year, 91传媒 Saint Mary College was presented with the Health and Wellness Platinum Medal for Excellence by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, in recognition of the college’s commitment to health and wellness.

The temporary move online due to the COVID-19 pandemic has not stopped the Wellness Committee from being advocates for the health of the college community. The committee regularly provides helpful information for preventing COVID-19, such as proper hand washing techniques.
